Flow
Flow is state of optimal concentration when only the task at hand matters. During states of flow both physical and mental capabilities are enhanced. To put is simply the state of flow allows us to perform at the best of our abilities. Sates of flow are usually triggered and experienced during sports such as kendo, football, swimming etc.


Mindset
Mindset is a set of beliefs, assumptions, methods or notations that we have about anything. Mindsets can be unique to individuals based on their philosophies about life or cultural.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is intentional and non-judgmental drawing our awareness to the present moment.
