  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy

If any unforeseen circumstances mean that you cannot attend a confirmed session you can ask to re-schedule the session. This can only be done if you give 7 days notice and it is at sole discretion of service provider and is considered on per case basis.

By booking this session I understand that, sessions with service provider are structured as such, any delay of 10 minutes or greater it is not possible to hold the session and that I am liable to pay for the session in full.

 

I also understand that cancellations are not possible and are at sole discretion of service provider. If a session is cancelled with an advance notice of seven days, I am still liable for 50% of the invoice value of the session.
