My Philosophy

We, humans, are a collection of patterns and beliefs. During
our lives, especially early years of our life (From birth to 5-6 Years approximately) we observe and absorb what is happening around us and absorb it all, this is what we call experience. 
From our environment, we learn and acquire a large portion of our beliefs. These beliefs may be beneficial or harmful. However, we operate based on these beliefs.

Every living being on this planet has the ability to asses the situation or event and act upon them. However, as humans, we are unique. Since we attach meanings to the situation and dwell upon them, this is done uniquely by humans only. At large most of our problems are due to these mental models or mindsets that we create and hold them so dearly.

Skills and talents that I have honed and developed.

I believe that life is a journey and it is important to develop new skills and talents that help you progress towards your purpose and goals. Here is a list of skills in which I speacialised and have delivered successful results to clients.


Counselling is a form of talk therapy. During counselling a trained therapist listens to you and helps you to find ways to deal with your emotional or psychological issues.
The aim of counselling is to a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment where, the client is able to explore any emotional or psychological problems that they are coping with.

Therapy Session


Psychotherapy is talking therapy similar to counselling. However, unlike counselling here the therapist helps you to explore, probe and express any deep-rooted issues or emotional difficulties that you may cause mental health issues and through to everyday crises.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a type of psychotherapy. It is a combination of cognitive therapy (Thoughts) and behavioural therapy (actions). The core foundation of CBT is that our thoughts influence our emotions and actions.
The aim of CBT is to change your thought processes to help you achieve the desired behaviour or action. CBT has been shown to be an effective intervention for many psychological disorders.



Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis is a type of psychotherapy. Hypnosis is a calm, trance-like state during which you tend to experience enhanced concentration and focus. And your are more open towards new suggestions.
The aim of hypnotherapy is to help individuals relax and become more accepting of the suggestions that are being presented to them.

Goal Setting

This is no secret. All of us are well aware how empowering goals can be. Yet most of us set goals for just one or two aspects of our lives. 
Inspired by lives of my mentors and friends who life at an uncompromised life. A method of goal setting that can truly transform you life.

My Journey

My journey towards becoming a therapist began when I enrolled to study psychology in London. I have been fortunate to learn from the subject experts. Attending guest lectures, keynotes and talks organised by the universities and independently organised.
The journey continues even today as I believe that skills and talents are to be built and improved. These skills and talents later help us progress towards a career or life that we would like to live. I have multiple certifications to develop skills required.
